You must be at least 18 years old to place an order in our shop.
These Terms & Conditions are a translation from the Swedish version. In case of dispute the Swedish version is always the valid one.
Current price is the price stated when you place your order. All priced are presented in Swedish Crowns (SEK) and inkludes VAT (25%). We reserve the right to correct any prices due to spelling or printing errors and to adjust our prices without prior notice.
We off the following payment options:
Credit Card (fee 0kr)
VISA or Mastercard. All card payment is handled by our partner's, Payson AB, secure payment server, which means that your card information is only received by Payson AB and your card company/bank. The transfer of sensitive information is encrypted using SSL-Secure Socket Layer-128 bitars encryption. Silvertree does never receive any part of your sensitive credit card information which increases the security for you as a customer.
On your credit card statement the payment receiver will be Payson AB. You can red more about Payson AB on www.payson.se
Invoice (fee 29kr)
You can choose to to pay with invoice with payment terms of 14 days. An invoicing fee of 29kr will be added to your order.
Silvertree transfers all invoice debts to Klarna AB that will be the payment recipient.
Note that the invoice is sent in the package with wour goods. Do rembember to pick up your package from the post office in time before the invoice is overdue.
At late payment a reminder fee is charged with the amount allowed by law, currently 50kr, and interest with 25.5% annually. If you have any questions regarding reminder fees/interests, contact Klarna AB.
At the time of purchase a credit check is performed which in some cases means that a full credit vetting is neccessary. You will then receive a copy of the credit vetting in the post.
Shipment will only be made to your registered address as per the Swedish tax office.

Direct Bank (fee 0kr)
We accept direct payment from Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SE Banken and Nordea. You must have an internet bank account with one of the above banks to use this payment option. During the check out you will be redirected to your normal internet bank where you can make a direct payment to us. All transactions is handled by our partner Payson AB's secure payment server which means that all sensitive information is only sent to Payson AB and your bank.

All orders in our shop is freight free, that is you do not pay anything extra for the freight within Sweden. For orders outside of Sweden we charge 129kr in freight if you shop for less than 1000kr. For orders over 1000kr we ship your package freight free.
Silvertree sends all packages within Sweden with DHL. The packages are traceable and you will receive a shipment number from us as soon as your package has been sent. DHL will then notify you via SMS or E-mail when your package can be collected. To collect your package at your nearest DHL Servicepoint agent you must bring the shipment number and a valid identity card.
All package outside of Sweden are send as registered letters or postal package with the Swedish Postoffice.
The package will remain at the service agent for 14 days. If the package is not collected within this time period it falls under the heading "Uncollected Packages" below.
If your goods is damaged or lost during transport Rock the Boat is responsible.
All jewellery is available in our local warehouse or is manufactured on site in accordance with your order specifications.
All orders are normally shipped within 1-3 working days. Within Sweden DHL will then delivery the package to you 1-2 days we have shipped your package. The Swedish Postoffice will deliver your package outside of Sweden within 2-3 working days.
If there is any delay in shipping your order we will inform you within 24 hours.
We offer 30 days rights to cancel, return and exchange on all full price items. This means that you within 30 days after you have received the goods can return goods for a full refund or exchange.This is in Swedish referred to as "Öppet Köp".
By Swedish law you have a minimum of 14 days to change your mind after you have received the goods. This is referred to as "Ångerrätt" in Swedish. On all sale items we offer 14 days right to cancel, return and exchange.
Exchange to another item is handled as a new order, which means that additional freight and if applicable invoicing fee and cash on delivery fee will be charged.
Exchange to the same item in a different colour or size is handled free of charge.
Irrespective if you use your right to cancel or exchange the item you return must be unused in its undamaged original packaging with any labels still attached.
Please always contact us on sales(at)silvertree.se to obtain a return number before you return any items to us.
You then return the item to us together with filled in return slip.
You are responsible to cover all freight costs back to us and that the item is received undamaged by us. Returns sent as Cash on Delivery will not be accepted.
If you want a refund we will refund your money no later than within 30 days after we have received your return.
Important! If you have selected invoice as the payment option and we receive your return after the due date of the invoice we will not refund any reminder fees, interest or debt collection fees charged by Klarna AB. If you intend to return items after the invoice due date then we recommend that you pay the invoice in full. We will then refund you via a bank transfer.

Note that not collecting a package is not the same as exercising your right to cancel, return or exchange. For uncollected packages that are returned to us we will charged a fee of 250kr to cover our freight and handling costs. If you have chosen the invoice payment option you are also responsible for any reminder fees, interest and debt collection fees that has been charged by Klarna AB.
Silvertree provides a product warranty of 1 (one) year except on consumables. We furthermore provide 3 (three) years right to complain as per Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen).
The product warranty covers faults that are manufacturing or material related, that is faults that existed at the time of delivery. Damage due to external factors is not covered by any warranty.
In accordance with Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen) you have the right to complain about items up to 3 (three) years from the date you have received the goods. You as buyer must, after the warranty period, prove that the fault on the product existed already at the time of delivery. Any fault that occurs within 6 months from the time of purchase is normally considered to be a manufacturing or material fault unless the seller can prove any different. The right to complain is not valid if the damage has occured due to wear and tear, unintended usage or external factors.
You receipt/invoice that is enclosed with the delivery is your proof of purchase. Keep this document safe as it is needed for warranty claims. Always contact us at sales(at)silvertree.se for further information if you want to exercise the warranty.
Should an item be damaged during transport please contact us within 14 days after receipt of the delivery on sales(at)silvertree.se. We will then make sure that you receive a new item or refund your money. We will also refund the freight cost for returning the faulty item to us.
At the unlikely event of a dispute our policy is to follow the recommendation from the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).
