How to order your Jewellery from Silvertree

Silvertree is an internet shop and we only accept order made via our website. To order is very easy and if you need som guidance you can follow the step-by-step instruction below.

1. When you find a piece of jewellery in the shop that you like you add it to your shopping basket by cklicking on the "Add to Cart" button. The item will the automatically be place in your personal shopping cart. You can at all times see a summary of your shoppin cart in the upper right hand corner of the screen. At any time you can click on the "Cart" button to get a more detailed view of the contents of your shopping cart. 
2. When you have completed you shopping and added the jewellery you want to you shopping cart you click on the "Check Out" button.
3. In the check out you start by filling in an E-mail address that we use to send you an order acknowledgement and to keep you informed about the progress of your order. N.B! We never send commercial information, ads or spam to your E-mail address.
4. You then fill in your name, address and phone number.
5. Select how you want to pay for jewellery (Read more about payment methods)
6. Read and accept our terms and conditions by ticking the box in front of  "I have read and agree with the terms and conditions".
7. If you want you can then leave a message to us related to your order. This is not compuslory and you only need to fill this in if there is something we should now about your order.
8. Click on the "Next" button. You will then see a summary of your order and the payment method you have chosen. If you have chosen to pay by invoice you are now asked to fill in your personal number (Swedish social security number) that will be used for a credit control. Irrespective of the chosen payment method you will get the total of our order. Click on the button "I confirm my order" in the lower right hand corner.
9. If you have chosen to pay via invoice or cash on delivery (Postförskott) you will now get a confirmation of your order and an order acknowledgement will shortly be sent to your E-mail address. If you have chosen to pay with credit card or direct bank you will automatically be forwarded to Payson AB's secure payment server. Here you just follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment. As soon as we get notified by Payson AB that your payment has been successfully completed an order acknowledgement will be sent to your E-mail address.
