You can use the following payment methods at Silvertree

We offer a number of different payments methods, so you can chose the one that suits you best.

Credit- & Bank Cards (Fee 0kr)

We accepts Visa and Mastercard.

All card payments are handled by our partner Payson AB's secure payment server, which means that your card information is only sent to Payson AB and the bank that has issues you card. The transfer of information is encrypted using SSL-Secure Socket Layer with 128bits encryption. Silvertree will never receive your card number which increases security for you as a customer.

Direct Bank (Fee 0kr)

We accept direkt bank payment from the following Swedish banks: Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SE Banken and Nordea. You must have access to an internet bank service with one of the listed banks to use this payment method. In the check-out you will be re-directed to your normal internet bank service where you can approve a direct bank payment to us. All transactions are handled by our partner Payson AB's secure payment server, which means that all sensitive information is only sent to Payson AB and your bank. The transfer of information is encrypted using SSL-Secure Socket Layer with 128bits encryption. Silvertree will never receive any information about your accout which increases customer security.

Invoice (Fee 29kr)

You can choose to pay via invoice with a payment term of 14 days. There will an additional invoicing fee of 29kr added to your purchase.

Silvertree transfer all customer invoices to Klarna AB that consequently will be the payment receiver.

Note that the invoice is always enclosed in the same box as your jewellery. Therefore you must remember to pick up your package in time from the Post office, so the invoice due date does not expire.

At late payment a reminder fee and interest is added to the oustanding debt. For more detailed information please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

N.B! Delivery is only possible to your registered address (folkbokförd address), at the Swedish tax office.

Cash on Delivery (Fee 55kr)

You can also choose to pay via Cash on Delivery (Postförskott). You then pay for your jewellery when you pick up the package at the Post office. For Cash on Delivery a fee of 55kr is added to your order.

You have 14 days to pick up and pay for the package from your local Post office after you have received a notification from the Post office that the package has arrived. If the package is not collected it will be returned to us and we will invoice you for the costs that this incurs. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for more detailed information.   

Important! To not collect a package is not the same as exercising your right to cancel or return. To exercise your right to cancel or return you must collect the package from the Post office and then return it to us.
